영국의 초고속카메라 제조사인 Specialised Imaging Limited 제품인 AURORA 는 최신 초고속 비디오 카메라로, 비디오 카메라의 유연성과 프레임 카메라에서만 가능한 속도/해상도를 결합시킨 특수형 초고속카메라이다. 독창적인 맞춤형 설계 센서는 풀 해상도(900x740)에서 초당 최대 2 천만 장의 이미지를 캡처하는 속도에서 180 장의 이미지를 제공한다. 그리고 900x370 픽셀 해상도에서 초당 최대 2 천만 장의 이미지를 캡처하는 속도에서 360 장의 이미지를 제공한다. 고속 비디오 카메라의 특징처럼, AURORA 는 다른 KIRANA, AURORA 또는 레이저와 같은 외부 장치와 프레임 동기화가 가능하며, AURORA 초고속카메라는 이벤트 발생 전에 녹화를 시작하고 이벤트 시작 전, 이벤트 진행 중 또는 이벤트가 끝난 후에 트리거가 가능하다.
